Has it really been a month...

I can't believe that our little man is really a month old today.  The past four weeks have gone by so fast... and I'm told that is what to expect.  To cherish every moment because it goes by so quickly.  I have cherished every moment, too.  Even the hard moments, and there have been hard moments.  Here are a few sweet moments from the past four weeks.

Beginnings

Shane and I welcomed our first child into the world late last year.  Calvin Shane Lee Windsnes was born on December 28, 2010.  He weighed in at 7lbs 14oz and measured 21 inches.  He was born cesarean due to complications, but is healthy and perfect.

He is our little miracle baby.  A precious gift from the Lord.

My goal for the blog is to post updates and pictures for family and friends.  This will allow loved ones near and far to be "caught up and in the loop."
